I read many negatives reviews on Pegasus so my expectations were very low.
At the end, I was pleasantly surprised. The aircraft, a Boeing 737, was clean. My only complaint was the narrow legroom. However their fares are most of the time unbeatable, so you have to deal with it...
I brought my own food onboard and I ordered drinks from the flight attendants.
Our flight was 15 minutes late on arrival.
By the way, if you want to have a smooth experience with Pegasus, make sure you follow the rules regarding their luggage policy and it should be fine.
